This review is for Karen Gilliland at Angel Berry Realtors.We have relocated to the Overland Park area from CA and needed a realtor who could not only help us buy a house, but help us understand the neighborhoods and different areas of the city. Karen knows the area really well and has helped us in narrowing down what kind of house we want and where.  We have tried to buy one house so far, but it didn't go through since the sellers had overpriced the house and wouldn't negotiate.  Karen was instrumental in helping us understand what was happening and helping us not to overpay for the property.  We are continuing our search and Karen seems undaunted by our very specific tastes.  I would recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy or sell.
