Brittany and Karli are wonderful. Very communicative, professional and kind. They take the time to care and it shows with how tenants interact with them in their office. 10/10

Was great at first until a new company purchased the property. The maintenance man Mark was amazing but the manager Kevin was not so nice. You could always find him smoking outside his office. No wonder you couldn't ever get anything done. Then of course the response is as states below... Would love to speak with you privately but we don't know who you are. Hahaha, you can see my name can't you? Not true, you are so dishonest. I lived in your unit for 2.5 years but sure, ya, ok! You've been warned,stear clear of Redbud Twin Homes!

Beware!!! Very nice location in Valley, That is All. We lived at the twin homes for 2.5 years, ownership and management changed hands several times. Leaving many questions and agreements not kept. When we arrived from California our unit was "ready for move in" or so we thought. Nothing was painted, holes in the walls from past tenants, the smell of the house permeated with cigarette smoke and nothing was clean. After complaining, our unit was finally addressed and made acceptable. The main reason for our departure, Twin Homes went back on our lease agreement. After 2 months of signing a new lease for another whole year, they "claimed" they would have never agreed to the terms we originally signed. We didn't want to leave, but we couldn't trust what was coming next. The one thing we were very pleased with was maintenance. Mark was VERY attentive and made sure our needs were addressed promptly. The job was always complete and top notch. Would I recommend this location? No. So many other places to live in Valley. Don't waist your time. Then of course the response is as states below... Would love to speak with you privately but we don't know who you are. Hmmm interesting. Not true on your part but OK.
