        I would not recommend going to this restaurant we had to wait at the window for over 20 minutes just to get a three-piece chicken with large fry

      Jonathan, oh no! A 20-minute wait is definitely not the experience we want for our guests. We understand why you wouldn't recommend it now, but we hope you'll give us another chance to show you the true A&W experience in the future. Our apologies!
