We came to this store while staying in Wichita visiting family during spring break. We wanted to stop in here because my son is an oboe student and was looking for oboe reeds and supplies. We are from North Texas and I will say that this is probably one of the nicest stores for music students and teachers that I can ever remember going to. My son was able to find everything he was looking for from reeds & supplies to music books. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, as well. The reeds are also very decently priced compared to what were used to seeing near where we live in Texas. We plan on coming back here during future visits to the Wichita, KS area!

Would love to be able to place a better review, but this experience topped them all. We were harshly profiled the minute we walked through the door. The woman at the front desk made it a point to stand up and watch me and my husband the entire time we were in the store. She would glare at me, look me up and down and stare at my pockets as though I'd stolen something. The gentleman rushed out of the back to approach my husband who was looking at other equipment to ask if he could help him with something, husband said no just browsing, and he was no more than 8ft from watching my husband the entire time we were there. Discussed with the higher up and it seemed by the body language and the "well look at you" attitude, that it is clearly expected that if you arent in a button up and slacks, it will be assumed you're stealing. I've gotten 2 instruments through here and would anticipate I'd have to purchase 2 more for my upcoming children. Will be looking into other options.

Very rude staff, I called in to update payment information and they did nothing but argue and refuse to let me make a payment. Seriously wtf?
