Rumpke - Boyd County Sanitary Landfill

Very racist company not equal opportunity partially is a big thing they lack respect to those employed by them! A whole lot of disrespect and discrimination goes on here

I am only giving 1 star because it wouldnt let me select 0 stars. I rented a a dumpster. They first tried to deliver but the size I selected wouldnt fit so they brought me a smaller size, which was fine. When they delivered the 2nd on they put the dumpster in the wrong spot. The door was against the hill side so the dumpster was no use to us, so we moved it to the other side where it was originally supposed to be. I was told it was to be there for 7 days. I called the 7th day to see when they were going to come get it, it has been over a month and the dumpster is still in my yard. They keep giving me excuse after excuse as to why they cant get it. The customer service is very rude and unprofessional when I call to see if and when someone it coming to remove it.
