        The amount of older Americans in our state is growing. I do like Allstate Insurance, but they can be a turn off when calling the office you have to listen to a long list of press 1 to talk to agent X, etc. Sometimes we have a quick question or may not know what our question really is or how to ask . I asked in the beginning to have my legal name on my insurance policy not my nickname. Still hasn't happened. Sorry for the soapbox.

        There the best price that I can find with best coverages. Lighting fast claim assistance,and settlement,and payout. Always very friendly and knowledgeable in the phone. I have all my insurance through them, would recommend to anyone.

      Hi Fran, I completely understand your frustration with the phone tree. Good news is that it will be phased out very soon and will allow for calls to get through to the local agency much easier. As for the issue with your name.. I'd be happy to get that updated for you. Just send me an email with your legal name and how you'd like it listed on the policy. It is truly a simple fix that takes no time. Thank you kindly for your feedback as it is highly valuable to me.
