        Missed pick up

        Service was fine the past couple years. Most recently they change our service date and subsequently the service went to trash. Missed service with no follow-up. Most recently, Labor Day weekend. Our scheduled service day is Friday, it's Monday and cans are still at the curb, overflowing. Looking like a local service provider will be stepping up to show Rumpke how it's done.

        It's been 3 weeks and counting since they've picked up my trash and after multiple calls still haven't picked it up. Watched them stop at both of my neighbors houses and drive past mine

        If you want a reliable trash service, save yourself the headache and dont call these people. They failed to pick up our recycle on our scheduled day (literally watched the truck just drive on past our house without emptying our bin that was sitting out there). When I called to get them to come back, not only do you have to select from a menu of options several times to get to a human, the person said somebody would return in 2 days and to leave our bin by the curb. 2 days goes by, nobody has returned. I call back to let them know we are still waiting for somebody to get our trash. Lady said they were supposed to be by there by yesterday. Yeah, well Im here to tell you nobody showed up. So lady is like I can put in another request for them to return and they will be there within 2 business days. Which is laughable bc our normal trash day at that point was the day after so I told them to forget about it. We canceled service after this issue and their inability to try and make the situation right (we understand things happen, but a good company will try and go above and beyond to try and make things rightRumpke is clearly not one of those companies). I would suggest getting service with Wellman instead. Good, local folks who keep their word and have better pricing than Rumpke. Services: Waste recycling, Trash removal & disposal
