        We were looking for an engagement ring with rubies. Most of the other stores acted like it was not possible or a big issue. Joshua was great, we had the customizations ordered and we're on our way quickly. It took a while but my ring is beautiful. There was a small issue with the size but Joshua made sure it was fixed and ready before we left on our trip to Oregon to announce our engagement. He truly went above and beyond.

        Eric Graham was awesome today. Came in to get a gift for my wife he didn't run me off because I wasn't spending thousands. He took his time and showed me multiple options and gave me the exact price we discussed. Helped me pick out a piece that my wife LOVES and now I'll definitely be coming to see him for future gifts. Highly recommend Eric.

        Just purchased an engagement ring and the business was phenomenal! The person I dealt with was Eric Graham and it was the best experience in a jewelry store I have ever had. I highly recommend stopping in and looking around and make sure to do some business with Eric!

        I had my engagement ring resized here, and I also bought cufflinks for my fiance and a watch for myself. I dropped my ring off on a Sunday and had it back on the following Tuesday, and it looks flawless. I can't tell it's had any work done. Jonathan and Shelly have been wonderful to work with.
