This place did the sh*t out of my taxes. 10/10 would recommend. Dann is super nice and deserves the biggest raise. Darrelyn is an absolute gift from the gods that we do not even deserve. The office smells suspiciously nice . Seriously tho I had an annoying tax year and these guys helped

What started out as a good experience has turned into the biggest headache! I attended my appointment on March 29th and after 6 weeks + another week of phone tag, found out my taxes were not actually filed until MAY 10th! I was never alerted to this delay and to my knowledge they never filed an extension to file late. Two weeks after I first contacted them with questions, and after emailing, texting and speaking to 2 different people, I still do not have any answers as to what went wrong, in fact the people I speak to seem to barely comprehend my information and give me the run around on the phone. My state return has the incorrect deposit information on it and for 2 weeks I have asked for it to be corrected and the corrected document sent to me and I still do not have it. In addition, they have charged me over $600 to do my taxes and never disclosed the fees to me during my appointment. I found out after I left their office and received the copy of my taxes later that evening in my inbox! I am also being charged fees they advertise on their website that they DO NOT charge for- ie. e-file fees and state prep fees. I have asked to speak to the owner of the establishment and still have not heard from her and am preparing to report this establishment to the State Board of Accountancy and the Better Business Bureau because of how awful this process has been and also how deceiving they have been. I would give them no stars if I could and recommend you take your tax business to someone else. I have NEVER had such an awful experience with a tax professional.

Tiffany and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about taxes. They did a great job with our taxes.
