One of the signs of a great company is the attention that they give to small requests. We were extremely happy with the service that James Zambrano gave to us as we worked on 6 wall graphic installations. No stone was left unturned in the intricate design and installation of these projects. When I reached out recently for two small requests, James got back to me immediately with all that I needed in terms of pricing, proofs and delivery details. I was looking for a company to do work for our design firm from out of state (We are in Texas) and reached out to Heritage to see if they could help us with a project in Kentucky. James and Daniel both were so helpful! They were extremely polite, helpful, and quick to respond and communicate. They made the process of getting large scale art printed for an office project super easy, and our client was very happy with how they came out.

Thank you to James and Daniel for the high-quality experience we have had adding a donor wall and memorial plaque to fit with our existing branding and decor! From drawing up initial plans to final installation, they have both been very responsive and professional with attention to detail. The final work is beautiful and exactly what we had imagined (actually better than imagined)! We will definitely continue to partner with them for future work!
