Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had to rent a car in Florida for a move to Kentucky. After an incredibly taxing and tiring trip I returned the vehicle to the Morehead location and was helped by Evan. Not only was the return process quick and easy but he gave me a ride home which is going above and beyond to help me. After such an exhausting journey, I am so very grateful to have met and been helped by such a compassionate young man. Next time I rent a vehicle it will be from Morehead and hopefully the next employee is as caring and helpful as Even. Would highly recommend 10/10

Be careful with this location. The person I attempted to work with after our rental did not know the meaing of customer service. We set the car up through the Enterpricse General Aviation phone number to be at the Morehead airport on the 11th of November. The agent told me the car would have to be delivered on the 10th and pickup on the 13th because this location was not open on the weekend. They told me the reservation would show a 3 day rental but once the car was picked up the charge would only be for one day. We we were emailed the final invoice it was still for 3 days. I called this branch to get that revised and the man I spoke to was totally unwilling to revise the charge. After a somewhat heated exchange I called the General Aviation number to attempt to resolve the issue. I was then told the man at this branch in Morehead had blocked by Emerald number and I was no longer able to rent with National or Enterprise. After numerous calls and being told I would have a manager call me to resolve this problem I have yet to speak to any manager. Be very careful if you have to deal directly with the man I spoke to in Morehead. He is not a good person to have to work with.

Dont even bother trying to rent a car from here. I got stranded here on a roadtrip and on their website theyll let you reserve a car that they dont even have and wont get. The person on the phone literally told me they never get any returns, waste of time and effort. Youll have better luck at any other place.
