        They actually had the vehicle i reserved this time - well, not THE VEHICLE, but at least A VEHICLE! Been a while since I have used them after 2 or 3 times of showing up to find that they not only did not have the car I reserved, but had NO cars available. This time everything was smooth enough. They must be getting a handle on what "Reservation" means...baby steps, but progress just the same.

        Complete and total crooks! My daughter got a rental there after someone hit her car. They took the payment out weekly and then the day after she turned the car in they ran her debit card as a credit card and charged her for what she had already paid! This has caused her to become over drawn and them to be paid twice. She has the bank statement to prove it, however they refuse to do anything about it. My lawyer will be the next call she makes. They should be shut down.
