Chris, is helpful and very respectful. He was knowledgeable and gave some critical advice ... he was super busy and still went out of his way to come see if he could help in some way. I had a leak in the wall and at the time we thought it was in the slab... needless to say he helped me access and because of his schedule he was able to recommend someone that could help me quickly. he was honest and said that because of the slab leak that it was a bigger than he could handle at this time... he continued to check in to make sure i was taken care of and gave some great advice .. with the many questions i had. My mom had some immediate plumbing needs. I left a message on Sunday. He called me on Monday. He was quite busy but stopped by on his way home. Quick, efficient, careful not to dirty the house, uber polite, and reasonably priced. I have long term and immediate plumbing plans. Ill definitely use him again.
