I would LOVE to rate this more than five stars!! I bought my dream wedding gown on 3.16.24! The way the ladies there helped me and went above and beyond for me was the absolute best customer service I've ever had! It was definitely a very positive experience! Having been to several other stores in our area, we traveled to Shreveport to try our luck in finding a dress for my daughters upcoming homecoming dance. Monicas had quite the selection and the ladies there helping us were top notch! So helpful and polite. Gave us recommendations on sizes and styles. We found the perfect dress for her! I cant recommend this shop more! They were amazing!

The lady we had was incredibly rude. Wouldnt recommend coming here if youre in a great mood because they will rush you out and will ruin what should have been a special memory. They did not have a variety of different dresses. More like the same dress in different sizes.

Hello Tiffany,We would like to say that most people have a 5 star experience in our store. Our store is huge and to say we only have 1 style of dress in multiple sizes is just wrong, we have a very large selection of dresses. When the friends or family of a bride start pulling dresses that aren't even the right size for the customer, that is a problem. The Bride tried on dresses in our store, but had a specific one she wanted that we did not have. The family/friends of the bride wanting the bride to continue to try on dresses that she didn't like or weren't even in her size was not the problem of the store. When you leave review for a business it should be truthful. We hope that the Bride was able to buy the dress that she wanted and that she has a wonderful wedding.
