        I changed insurance and had a small amount left to pay bc of being prorated.I asked for a paper bill bc I don't use email much and I'd 4get to pay if there wasn't visible reminder.I was told definitely I'd receive a paper bill soon.Well I did 4get about it until I was turned into a collection agency! Allstate hasn't got a good reputation in South LA since Laura and Delta passed thru but I thought car insurance would've been a different ballgame.This is the 2nd Allstate agent in 2 different states that's did me dirty,not to mention the hurricane victims.Seems Allstate specializes in greed and narcissistic attitudes. I will walk or register my vehicle in another state b4 I use Allstate again!
