THEY RE-SET A TOILET AT OUR BUILDING. ALSO REPLACED THE VALVE AND HOSE BETWEEN VALVE AND TOILET. CHARGED $706.00 FOR THAT ALL DONE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF....CALL THEM FOR SERVICE.

Update: was contacted by company a couple of months ago. Was told they were under new ownership and wanted a fresh start. They offered to refund the amounts in question if I would update my review. After a month, I called to notify them I hadnt received the refund as promised. Was told the new owner had some personal problems he was dealing with and probably forgot. I was told they would remind him. No response and no refund. Im not even sure theyre under new management. To be clear, I never asked for a refund; it was offered. I now see it wasnt a good faith offer. They probably expected me to delete my review immediately and never refund the money. Disappointed by their continued dishonesty. Will start with the positive and whats most important to me. Professional service, speedy response, polite and respectful plumbers and would definitely use again. Would rate 5 stars for service!! Reasonable rates. However, and this is where it gets sticky. I was given a basic diagnostic quote over the phone of $99. That seemed low but was confirmed it would be $99 to have them come out, diagnose the problem, and provide an estimate. I was even told they usually wouldnt charge anything extra if it was something minor like tightening a house clamp or changing a washer. I had not asked about that. That info was offered freely. The plumber arrived on time and like I said above, was polite and professional. He looked under the sink and dishwasher and determined there was no leak and that in fact it was a dishwasher issue so Id need to contact an appliance repair company. Ok. The bill was $189. This was the second time this has happened. About 6 months prior I had a similar issue with a faucet but since they had to replace a small part I figured the $189 was for that. At that time, I called and questioned the office the next day and was told the girl was new and quite the wrong price. Since it happened again this time, Im left feeling this is a type of bait and switch. For that piece of the transaction, Id rate the transparency a 1 star. Again, one time maybe a mistake but twice?
