        I stopped in for a class here with my friend and I can NOT wait to go back! It was so much fun and an EXCELLENT Workout. The staff was so encouraging and didnt make me feel weird if I couldnt do certain things due to limitations with my arm. I literally can Not speak highly enough of this place. Its woman owned and her family was there visiting and I just loved everything about it. Stop by and give this place a try. I promise you will love it!
