I am shocked they even asked for a review from me. Where do I begin... I have purchased over five cars here, and you would think they would treat their return clients that spend money for what they want and have no hassle with getting a loan better. I wanted the 2022 Camry, and I was determined to get it. I was working with one salesperson; I believe their name was Humberto that was unresponsive because they did not have the car I wanted. When I decided to go into the showroom again, I was assigned to work with Murel. Long story short, I had a friend help me with the sale to see all the ways they were overcharging me and told me to walk away from the deal. However, I thought the extra $1200 was the only overcharge to find out the extra $5000 they gave me toward my trade-in; they found ways to charge extra to get it back. So a car that was only $36000 turns out to be over $40000, and I have excellent credit, so that was not the case. When I called the next day to discuss all the things I found added on Murel, basically with his response, he should have said o well and enjoy life. ANYWAY, I had to refinance my car and got another person to look at the deal to tell me what I expected and told me they could have redone the loan when I called because the deal was not sent over that quick to the bank. Lesson learned and if you do go here, make sure to look over EVERY line, question every number, do your research on the car, and finance through your own bank. My seventh car will be from somewhere else. The
