    Ill rather live under the Rock with Patrick star, I hate it here!!!!! Its sooooo many mice its ridiculous . The towing is crazy they just find a reason to take your car. They dont fix nothing and they change management like underwear DONTTTT MOVE HERE unless you want to live with mice and a horrible rental office !!!! I cant wait till my lease up

    No rental license took money they should not be receiving don't fix nothing Don't walk the property trash, mouse and roaches no respect for the residents at all nor there self to work at a place like this, DPIE work with them to do nothing for this place is a no no to move in, you would be sorry run away from here violation is here and not going to get fix at all tear this place down now run, people get rob, cars get broken into no security on property no lights works in the community the office look at caller ID and don't answer the phone no professional at all

    Fraudulent. Paid $268 under second chance and was denied. The $68 is for the actual application fee. The $200 is on the stipulation of being approved they will keep. They refuse to refund the $200 after being denied. Called and was given the runaround.

    Hello moving here was definitely convenient for me due to my job. Looks really niece until their pets come out. It had a bad mice problem and the rental office acts like they dont care. I have been calling complaining about the mice issue and the and the new manager told me they didnt have anybody they are looking for a vendor. Smh I have babies and its very unsanitary.I have never seen so many of them in my life. Also outside smells like blue plains so you cant even open your windows for fresh air. Another thing when I moved in I showed proof of renters insurance and how I paid for the whole year as sighing three months im getting charged $14.00 for insurance lapse and still havent received my money back. These floors are thin I hear everything from upstairs down stairs and even next door. People get robbed for their cars at gun point around here as well. I would never recommend anybody living here what so ever I been here 4 months and already ready to contact the health department. Need new staff as well they dont return calls or emails and they just let anybody become a manager. Ms ebony needs to come back because at least she was about her word. Those others is just rude. Not to mention when I just called and telling my issues the new manager act like I was a problem cut me off said he was going to do a inspection by the end of today and just rudely hung up on me. So I called back twice with no answer so Im guessing he was watching me call because it was two seconds after he hung up. I been trying to find corporate number but all these numbers are inactive smh they need to do better. Over a year later nothing is fixed or resolved all they did was outa letter on my door saying I have to move the maintenance never shows up I mean they dont even have one on-site and the manager does reach out to help or anything she came to inspect my unit once said she would have somebody come fix everything and havent heard back in two months smh so many mice its crazy I dont recommend this place to not a soul
