    If you can choose, please I urge you to go somewhere else. I had a rental vehicle from other Enterprise location in the past, but I could say this location is the worst Enterprise office. I had to rent a car thanks to someone who rear-ended me. When my insurance was ready to give me a rental, Enterprise called me 7am in the morning to set up an appointment for a pick-up and we agreed to pick me up at the body shop at 10:30am. No one showed up at 10:30am. I had to call them and get picked up for the car on Tuesday, Feb. 6th. First of all, the maintenance of my rental car was horrible. Outside was washed, yet windows were not. From the very first ride, it had/still has cigaret smell and cigaret burns as you can see from the pictures. After driving a day, I noticed that the car indicated engine oil level at 30%. It was Wednesday, Feb. 7th. I called them to let them know that the engine oil level is at 30% and will go down as I continue to drive. I was told that they would call me back by the end of the day because I needed to switch the vehicle by the end of the week for sure. No one called me till Friday, Feb 9th, so I called them back and made an extra unnecessary trip the same day. I couldve just driven the same car until it breaks down and said I have informed them but they didnt take any actions so its not my fault. Its their loss not mine. Still, I tried my best to understand hardships of the employees so I drove extra miles spending my extra hours with my injured back and shoulders to switch the car. When I informed the employee the reason of my visit, they stepped outside of the office with my car key and came back inside immediately saying that I didnt have to switch my car since it had at least 1200 miles until the next oil change. Then why couldnt you look up my vehicle information and tell me over the phone when I made two phone calls already? I was unhappy with the customer service and poor condition of the car but I didnt say a word. However, getting a phone call regarding my outstanding balance far after due date was intolerable. My insurance company put down my last day of having a rental car as Monday, Feb. 19th, which I wasnt aware since my car is still in repair. Enterprise didnt have a courtesy to inform me or remind me before or when my rental is due. I got a call today, which is 22nd, 4 days have passed from the due date, saying I have an outstanding balance. If Id known before the due date or right after the last day of my rental vehicle, I wouldve called the body shop and my insurance company to handle the situation and keep everything up to date beforehand. Employees at this location are just LAZY and have no professionalism whatsoever. Hope Enterprise takes such issue seriously and trains their employees to be more professional at what they are supposed to do.

    I put a reservation in the night before for 8 am for a pickup truck they open at 7:30am. I called the following morning and spoke to the manager Dontaz He put me on hold to check on my reservation for about 5 or 6 minutes. When he came back he I formed me that they had the truck but he is telling me ahead of time that I would have to wait 20 minutes for them for them to go pick up the truck. I asked him since I called and confirmed if they could pick it up now he told me there is nothing he can do until I get there which to me was weird and I didn't agree. When I got there he was not there I spoke with a woman who told me he went to go get the truck I figured good sign he understood what needed to be done customer service wise. Fast forward almost 2 hours I am still in the lobby waiting only for him to walk over to me to tell me the truck is getting an oil change so I have to wait. I tokd him I thought that was unacceptable he reminded me that I made the reservation the night before I said the vehicle was on your website as available how would I know it's at a body shop and also needs to be cleaned and get an oil change. He said I can either wait for the truck I want or he can send me to another location. For me that's not good customer service hence my 1 star review it was not a good experience I could understand if I just walked in but I made a reservation for an available truck. Now at 10am he goes and gets a hyundai santa Cruz when I rented an f150 or similar please tell me how a santa Cruz is similar to an f150 so at 1017 I have to go find another vehicle
