        The management and staff at this store are top notch. Ive been dealing with this particular store since it was run by Bell Atlantic with the same quality of service that you would expect from a reputable company. All told in a word, excellent.

        I had serious issues with my phone and the Verizon online tech service didn't help much. I came to this store three days in a row and Lawrence spent over an hour with me each day helping me figure out what the problem was. Eventually, after the second attempt to get Verizon to send me another phone replacement, we got everything to work correctly.

        This location is incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. They dont do what they tell you, and they have no patience with customers who arent tech savvy. Its clear they dont care about the customers and are just here for a paycheck.
