        Easy to book. Nice atmosphere in building- clean! Nice people working there. However, the check-in paperwork (done on a tablet) is time consuming.

        Lifestance is too inept to know how to handle EAP benefits. I found them through the Optum participating providers directory, so they should have some process to follow, but apparently they don't. The billing department has not responded to a single message I have sent, I have spent hours on hold (currently on hold as I write this), and thought my problems were going to get fixed after finally speaking with someone a month ago. Nope, got another copy of the same bill. Their online portal is garbage, the intake person obviously didn't understand the EAP which likely contributed to this whole mess, and all I was able to get was virtual appointments. Stay away!

        They are super scammy, they are trying to charge me twice for one appointment and over $200 for a second, 5 minute appointment despite that fact they say they take my insurance.
