I do not recommend this practice. I have been a JH patient for 10 years, primary care and gyn, and have never had as a dismissive experience as with this practice. The visit to the practice was fine, the staff was very nice. But the overall care I received was very dismissive and not helpful. I was not allowed to have a follow up with the Dr. I was seeing they told me I should have scheduled something 4 months in advance Im not sure how that is possible. When I submitted a complaint the response I got a bogus Ai generated letter that was nonsensical, and full of lies from the Provider to their Director on things they claimed to have done but did not follow through on. The Director was very defensive and not trying to understand my experience as a patient. I would be very cautious, if you arent getting the attention you need find another office.

The receptionist told me that the staff has a rule against taking any patients with bloating. Umm isnt this for patients who have has gastro-intestinal issues? Are they purposely ruling out 99% of their patients? If you call, make sure you do not have bloating out you will not get seen.

Made an appointment, went to cancel and was basically told rudely by office staff, it was impossible that I was able to make an appointment as there was no referral. I explained I do have a referral and I was questioned you physically have on in your hand? We dont. I will cancel but you have to get a referral before you make an appointment. Not sure how you made the appointment without the referral. No wonder this place has 3 stars the rudeness before saying the dr I have 2 other MyChart appointments, this was the only office who interrogated me on the phone. The other two just cancelled and rescheduled me. Interesting all John Hopkins, all Mercy related, am I the issue, I think not. I will not reschedule here I will drive to Baltimore and actually go to the clinic there before going through this office again.
