ChristianaCare Primary Care at Elkton

I showed up 5 minutes late for my appointment. The receptionist told me to take a seat because she was "getting ready" call someone else up. After waiting a few minutes, she checked in another patient. A few minutes later she called me up to the counter and informed me that they have a 7 minute grace period and because it was NOW 14 minutes past my appointment time it was too late to check me in and I'd have to reschedule in 3 months. I'd give this place zero stars if possible. I was there to be seen for an alarmingly high blood pressure from the previous week and told them that at the window when i was denied service. These people don't care about the health and well being of their patients. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DUMP!

The absolute worst customer service and accountability, I dont even know how they exist as a practice. Terrible communication, no follow thru and zero concerns for how there lack of communication affects patients health. Unbelievable how terrible my experience has been.

Great experiences! Brittany at the front desk is always so welcoming and kind. She always goes over and beyond! I never have to wait long to be taken back and the medical assistants are kind and are always great with my daughter. I love how they have an electric white board in the rooms and they set it up to allow my daughter to play on it during my visit. I would definitely recommended this office!

The staff at this office are amazing. They are kind, understanding, and patient. Even if things seem a little hectic or they are running behind, they do their best to apologize and communicate with you. I also like the fact that everyone is very professional as well as compassionate, both which are lacking in the medical field. They truly are a diamond in the rough
