I called Bridged Technology to trouble shoot why 2 of 4 cameras keep losing vision/video on my CCTV. The receptionist assured me that the technician would be able to assist me. The tech arrived and seemed reluctant to enter my home. Before doing anything he told me that since the 2 cameras were now working he could not determine my issue. He never touched the mouse to scroll back to the dates that the cameras lost vision. He never checked the camera cables. I had done all of the things he suggested before his arrival like rebooting the system and turning the power source off and waiting to turn it back on. He never offered to check the cabling leading to the cameras and didn't seem to know how to check the DVR. He went outside and made a call. From the response I got when I called their office to pay the diagnostic fee, I am certain he lied on me. When asked what the problem was, I said the employee was unable to diagnose the problem but I will pay the fee and find another company. The person at his office said he didn't need customers like me and that I refused to let the technician do his job, which was totally untrue. He said he did not want my money and hung up on me. The employee didn't try to test anything. The office person was rude and dismissive. The employee in my home at one point said he was not a technician then changed it and said he was a tech. I had no problem paying as long as you actually did something to "try" and diagnose the problem. I don't think he was interested in diagnosing the issue. I asked if the cameras could be replaced and he told me they cost $200 a piece. I know what the cameras cost since I own 4. It was a bad experience. I think I dodged a bullet since the response to me was a lie when he asked me what was the problem. He asked a question just to give his response that I was the problem and was never concerned about the actual issue. The employee was present and heard what his employer said to me about me not allowing the tech to do his job and he made no attempt to correct the lie. This was unbelievable! My rating is 0 stars. This is a rebuttal to the owner, Liz.'s, response to my post. "Your employee lied to you." That he could not maneuver into my home to get to the DVR is the third lie. I just retired and there were 2 SMALL boxes in the hallway. The other boxes were nowhere near the DVR. The 2 boxes in my hallway in no way impeded his entrance. He NEVER offered to remove and check the cameras because I asked him if he could check the wiring going to the cameras. I think I have the common sense to know the camera needs to be removed to check the camera and wiring. He said, "I can't do anything because your cameras are now working." I reiterate that he did not know how to check the DVR using the mouse--because I asked him to do that also. I am happy now that he didn't do anything at all. It's obvious to me now that I dodged a bullet after reading a few other negative reviews. I have had a CCTV system since 2004 and this is my second unit so I know how a tech should troubleshoot a system. I actually am grateful that he did nothing because he has 0 INTEGRITY. He has told multiple lies. The sad part is that you believe him! I wish you well going forward. In time, you will find out that this employee is not credible. I got what I needed from another Security Tech company and I shared their work order with your company--to show you how it should be done. I know the problem now and I have scheduled an upgrade with that Security Company. I hope to save another person from a nightmare who might need service for their CCTV System and choose your company. People who lie cannot be trusted.....ever.

At the end of a free consultation, Denton assured me that they could get everything up and running for $500 and subsequently provided me a written estimate. Unfortunately, rather than spending the time on my equipment, they disconnected my system and sent me a new estimate for $10,000 to reconnect the system they had dismantled. He was extremely aggressive when I informed him that I was not interested in anything more than the $500 of services that I hired them to perform. He refused to reconnect the system that he has dismantled.Elizabeth promised to restore my system to the condition they found it, but instead sent Drew to collect a couple items they had left behind. Drew assured us that he would restore the system, moments before grabbing the couple items they left behind the week before and racing out the door with no explanation.
