I just sold a house for the first time in January 2024 with Darin as my agent. He walked me through every step of the process and helped me get the house in shape for a sale. That included using his own contacts for home staging, exterior and interior contractor work, and even landscaping. Undoubtedly, those improvements increased the value of my home by tens of thousands. We had over-asking price offers after one day of being on the market! Also, I had to move to another state about a month before we sold. Darin took great care of the house in my absence, checking on it every couple of days and making sure there were no issues. I cannot recommend Darin enough if you want to sell your home quickly and at a high value!

I recently used Darin to sell my mom's house who passed away. We met at his office and he educated me on how to list the house using market analysis to price the house. We had the house staged, landscaped and professionally photographed. I was very impressed because the house had multiple offers and was able to get more than we listed it for. Darin was WONDERFUL! I had to sell my father's house and I've never sold a house before so I knew absolutely nothing about the process. Fortunately, Darin was there every step of the way and a true lifesaver! He looked out for me and answered every question I had no matter how crazy it was. Lol. I look forward to working with him soon when I buy my first home.

For any prospective buyer, hiring Darin will be the best decision you can possibly make. My wife and I were buying our first house and were completely new to the entire process. I remember I initially contacted Darin late on a Friday afternoon and he immediately called me back and spent well over an hour on the phone with me giving me a complete overview of the entire home buying process. I knew then that I had found the right realtor. Darin was so tremendous throughout the entire process. During each of our viewings, he pointed out and explained a million things that we would never have known to even look for. And once we found the house that we wanted, Darin was a tireless negotiator and got us a much better deal than we thought we would ever get. I will always remember the moment we were standing in the basement of the house we ultimately bought and my 16-month-old son ran over to Darin to grab one of his legs and Darin gave him a big hug. If we had to start this whole process all over we would hire Darin again without even a second thought. He truly cared about getting us the right house, at the right price, and he put our interests above his own. That is pretty rare. Thank you so so much, Darin!
