First time there and I believe Khalil was his name and it was his first day but he did a great job and got me and my kids to sign up for their membership definitely a great spot to take your family!!!!

This is a cool place but the cashier told me to sign up with my 2 sons for 1 month instead of 1 day to save a few bucks. 1 year later they are still charging me despite my complaints. Sad. Anything to make a buck off us. I don't even live in Maryland. I live in New York so I lost a lot of money for one day of family fun.

The customer service the person who assisted us to get our ticket supposedly for one day, he signed us up for member without our interest, while I specifically told him we don't need a membership. we went there only for one day pass. This happened on July 2023, and due to my busy life I didn't pay attention to my statement and when I finally go over my statments, they had been taking money every month for about seven month, I reached out to the head quarter and i explained the issue to the woman and finally she checked the information and finally said there is nothing she can do she said, I had been signed up as a membership, she said she can't get my mony back, however I can cancel my membership from my end. I was very disappointed with the company I used to love taking my child for fun.. those employees action is highly unacceptable and the person who signed us up with out our interest making look the company scam company..I would really appreciate if the higher management can take a correction measures towards the employees unacceptable action.
