I mean like they nice over here and all but they run out of products a little too fast . Get tired of hearing well we can order it for you like cmon people want their merchandise right then and there

I booked with Christine who I was told was too busy to take me and they tossed me with the only available stylist. I did not receive the treatments I booked and paid for, and once the stylist heard stay at home mother she immediately decided Id only want ponytail hair. Next time, if I come back, Ill put on a full face of makeup come with pictures and explain Im a work from home mom with multiple clients and in school AND take care of my kid to maybe get a bit of respect. I had hoped to feel confident at my industry conference next week, but will now be pulling my hair back in a ponytail, just like the stylist intended for me to be able to do. $57 for a trim and to be made feel poorly about myself

Christina was absolutely amazing! I came in wanting a consolation for extensions and after looking at my damaged hair made better recommendations even though she wouldnt make as much money off me. She will be the only stylist I use going forward!
