Very nice location and guest services but the nice ends there first off getting into a room and everything looks like an old motel. The TV is a 40-inch flat screen which is nice as well but the remote doesn't function correctly, the furniture is all scuffed up. Then I go connect my Xbox to wifi to just watch TV I have stayed in hotels last 3 weeks for work I Auth but yet it's so weak I can't do anything with no mesh or access points I have 2 out of 5 bars on 3rd floor I feel sorry for 5th floor. The worst part is they still use spring mattresses I haven't slept in any hotel with spring mattresses in my life over 10 years of visiting hotels. I'm kinda surprised there's not a quarter machine next to my bed for massage. Oh, and the shower head doesn't even work properly as well and the chrome on the drain is peeling off not a major deal yet the sink is upgraded took forever to get hot water but it's hot once 2 minutes go by. But why pay this much when all other hotels on this trip were the same or less cost-wise with higher standards and more accommodations? Also, the Air Conditioner smells like mildew. Luckily I'm only staying one night in this location. Hilton has gone downhill so much since they used to have such a good name. And I don't know if they have breakfast or not but wasn't told about them if so. Oh, another plus is doors to the hotel lock at night so have to be buzzed in or use your card to get in. Also, there's a great view out the window of a satellite dish. So using my personal Hotspot and gonna watch TV and pass out. Barely got a min of sleep with how bad the beds were.

The door was not working. I went to the front desk 3 times for resolving the issue. The front desk refused to change my room. Breakfast closed at 9 am. We barely got any food for breakfast. The AC was smelly, we did not turn it on. It was a horrible stay. Never come back again.

I like This location especially if you are not from Baltimore and want to get better bang for your buck. The price point is good and they have ample/free parking due to its location to the strip mall. They have a decent breakfast. The rooms are a nice size. I could do a long term stay and be comfortable. Anything you need is in the square and walking distance isn't an issue. Its only 22mins from downtown Baltimore in heavy traffic and like 12min with little to low traffic. I promise this is the best value you'll get in the county. I'm a diamond member and have stayed 3 times. My only issue is they don't have digital key. Nearby activities: There's a carnival 1 minute from the hotel Safety: This is an optimal option over staying in the city of Baltimore Walkability: Anything you'd need is in walking distance
