Incompetent staff. Refused to keep my appointment because of an error from an outdated booklet. I called my insurance to confirm coverage and network eligibility, but staff refused to follow up. I cancelled my husband's appointment as well. I don't want a business that can't use a phone to have sharp objects around me. Edit: I was assigned. Lazy staff just refuse to actually follow up. I did speak with my insurance directly and got confirmation. Trinity Dental staff would only look at a pre-printed list that I explained was in error after speaking directly with my insurance. I made the call. The staff didn't and refused. Facts are facts. Don't blame the customer for your incompetence, especially when they go out of their way to do your job for you.

I was refused my dental records. Saying i have to pay 70bucks for it when insurance covers.... I told you that I didn't have to pay. I mentioned email. You said I still had to pay the 70 bucks. I told u I was calling my insurance. I then called you back, didn't return my phone calls. X3 requesting them. I dont care about you taking my insurance.... I needed my dental records and was told I would have to pay 70 bucks for them. This place doesn't follow patient privileges to dental records. This place is unprofessional to the finest. However after multiple calls the woman did email me my dental records. Just be careful who you allow take care of your teeth.

I was hoping to schedule an appointment here as my insurance covered this location, but the front desk lady who answers the phone is incredibly rude and unhelpful. It does disappoint me as I see quality reviews regarding the actual dental work but the difficult and quite frankly, annoying task of scheduling an appointment through their front desk is enough to make me reconsider. This review is not based on the actual dental service but rather the customer experience which is still an important part of business.
