Rock Creek Palisades Townhomes

The Rock Creek Palisades Community is and has been my home for many years. The location being directly on Connecticut Ave has been an amazing incentive for my family! Having quick access to great schools, high quality shopping in addition to amazing bike trails is some of the most impressive things weve all become accustomed to. With so many things going wrong in the world today, I feel comfortable & safe in my community which certainly lets me know were still on the right path. The community as a whole is evolving and getting things done to upgrade and improve the aesthetics as well as community based relations throughout our small community. I enjoy seeing happy children along with involved families and for these very reasons I have continued to call The Palisades home.

A very nice place to raise your family. Seasons change, like anything in life. New Management are doing a great job keeping up the propertys units. Have lived there 8 years. Very happy so far!

A small and intimate townhome rental community. Family oriented and nice place to raise a family. The development is surrounded by single family homes and a church. Ive lived here nearly a decade. The prices are reasonable and you actually get to know and speak directly with the owner and property manager. The development is very close to schools, stores and the metro bus stops directly on Connecticut Ave.

Worst phone service ever. They never pick up the phone. Not a business if they are not answering phones.
