I regreat from signing up with these guys. They increased our original weekly invoice without any notice by forty percent with the same amount of products. They charge us for items that we never received and they try to lock you out with long term contracts. Run away from them. I am sure there are better options out there. My comment is just to help other restaurants.

Run as fast as you can from this company if you own a business. Do NOT sign up with them. Your relationship will be like dealing with a mob run protection racket. They will unilaterally change the terms of your contract, extort you to keep using their products, overbill you, charge you fees you never agreed to. It's truly pathetic that their only way of keeping any clients at all is by locking them up into 5 year contracts (which auto renew) and bullying them and using scare tactics to enforce. Just google the lawsuits against them and you'll see all you need to see. Business owners have enough to worry about and deal with rather than their napkin and apron provider extorting them. EDIT TO ADD: I tried to email the address given in the reply, it bounced back to me as 'rejected' since I'm an unknown sender? Nice to know I took the time to send in the breakdown of my issues and my email won't even go through.

Rude, unsafe drivers. One of your drivers blocked me in at the gas station. He had more that enough space to completely pull up to the pump, and all three of the other pumps were available. I started taking pictures of his truck, to make a report. He got out and started disrespecting me. He called me the b word several times and spoke about my mother and child.
