I’ve been experiencing an issue with the pipes in the shower coming from the upstairs neighbor. When the neighbor turns their shower on it makes the loudest most startling noise. I can hear them walk to the bathroom, turn the bath faucet on, and then as soon as they turn on the shower, the extremely loud noise occurs. I contacted the office the 1st time and nothing was done. Maintenance said they fixed it but what was fixed? Complained a month later and a rep told me that I should contact the manager because if the resident where the noise was occurring didn’t put in a ticket, there is nothing they could do. I emailed the manager and never received a response. Maintenance emailed me saying that they checked all the apartments and only found a noise in my apartment. That no noise came from the neighbor. They said they replaced something in my unit but there were no signs that anyone entered my apartment. The noise is still happening.

From beginning to the end, the leasing center was very efficient, courteous and professional. I admire their attention to detail while answering all my questions and making my process simple and easy. The area is clean and professional managed from what I see and experienced. I have nothing negative to add. Excellent service!

Everything is great the worst thing in the office is the staff should be more friendly and professionalism in customer service etc

They have roaches here. We call their pest control people every week, but the little spray they do doesn't do anything. The roaches still come. I've seen them in the bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, it's too much. We've also seen a few big spiders here. I wish I took a picture of the big brown spider I found in my room. Not sure how they got in, we live on the 2nd floor and don't open any windows or anything. We've tried closing up the holes in the wall behind the oven, and the openings around the pipes under the kitchen sink, but still didn't work. They've done nothing to try and investigate to see how roaches are getting in, to fix the problem. All they care about is their food trucks, which they never fail to remind everyone about. Yet, when it comes to informing the residents when they need to cut off the water, they're like crickets. We live in the 8749 building. I don’t know about the rest of the buildings, but If you plan to live here and don’t want to share your space with roaches, just don’t live in this building.
