        Just wanted to state first if all to have a accident that's not your fault....then to go to the car rental agency and they tell you...THERE ARE NO CAR RENTALS....It was my son's First time coming Home for a WEEK AT CHRISTMAS!!!! NOOO THIS MOM IS NOT HAPPY... HE'D ALREADY TOOK A WEEK FROM WORK....THEN ON TOP OF That THE INSURANCE AGENT NEVER DID RETURN HIS CALL AFTER MULTIPLE MESSAGES!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & I REALLY HOPE HE ENJOYS HIS FAMILY!!!
