        Hot water in shower and sink didn't work (they let us shower in a different room so we would not have to move our things), there were ants in the conference room, and an ant in our bathroom. The room was otherwise clean and comfortable. The fridge was not on when we arrived, so it needed time to get cold once I turned it on. The pool has extremely limited hours (morning until 3p), so don't expect to use it the day you check in. Staff was very courteous and pleasant.

        Husband and I stood for the weekend and we had a great experience. Customer service was very good from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Breakfast every morning was from 7-10am and the food was delicious and had alot of options such as pancakes, biscuits, bagels, yogurt, omelets, sausage, cereal, and oatmeal. Would recommend and will stay here again! Update: few months later; room wasn't available when we got in at 1pm. Receptionist was very nice and gave me their direct number to contact them directly and ask if it's ready later on.

        The room was set up and paid by my casting agency as it was close as we were shooting on location. The front desk staff were professional and accommodating. Rooms: My room was very large, clean, and well appointed. Eight pillows were a bit much. Four each per queen bed.
