Jahan is wonderful - honest, customer service-oriented, and tells it like it is. I was lucky enough to connect with her while looking to buy homeowners insurance for the first time, and she helped me through the whole process. She answered every question, ran a ton of scenarios, and gave me insight that I don't think I could have found elsewhere.
