When I tell you that Kevin went above & beyond to help my daughter and I out, is an understatement. We were moving my daughter from MD back to NC & had a last minute car emergency with my daughters Toyota 4Runner. It was a Sunday, and wed already been turned away from 3 other car shops. Not being from the area we lucked up on this shop & Kevin was a complete life saver. With us having the worst luck & this truck deciding to break down MOVING DAY, Kevin thankfully agreed to work on my babys car even though he had a full garage of cars to service. They were able to do good work at a reasonable price. I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of as a woman not understanding a whole lot about repairs. We made it to NC safely! Im beyond grateful to Kevin for being an exceptional human! Believe me, its so refreshing to cross paths with honest people. Kevin deserves the biggest raise possible!!!!! AND he didnt even ask me to leave a good review! Thats exactly why I had to.
