Ive lived in Ora for 3-years and have had a great experience. The leasing team is very helpful and easy to work with and all the building staff are friendly and create a welcoming environment. The amenities are great, the location is great, and the neighborhood is amazing. If youre looking for a spot in Seaport, look no further.

Honestly, I love it! It has been a fantastic experience and I look forward to many more years. From my initial tour with Richard I knew this was the right place for me. He answered all my questions, helped me out with a move in date, and was very attentive throughout the process. Couldn't have asked for more honestly. I can be pretty annoying :) The place looked great when I moved in and honestly, its spotless all over. There is a cleaning crew that is just cleaning all day. Its pretty great!! Love the gym. Love the roof top. Loveeeee the lobby.

Richard did an over the top amazing job helping us yesterday to find an apartment. He is very knowledgable and took a lot of time to take us through several units. He knew the answers to all of our questions and was kind and patient. Richard then helped us to set up a lease. He set up a time for us to come back and check on the noise level of Moxies during a busy night. Richard made sure we received the $250 "meet a resident" discount. He made sure we had information about how to move in. And he covered all of the amazing amenities of the community. Richard also referred us to set up parking. He thought of everything!! We left with tremendous relief and also excitement. The experience was such a pleasant surprise we were thrilled to sign up right away. Richard made it easy every step of the way. You are lucky to have Richard on the team. He makes you look very good!!
