I would give them 50 stars if I could!!! I had an absolute nightmare with a flat tire, couldn't change it to a spare (because the last time I had my car serviced at NuCar Norwood they mangled up my locking wheel nut and didn't tell me, so when I tried to take it to get a new tire at a different place, they couldn't get the wheel off!!!) I called Akiki to get them to tow me to the West Roxbury Toyota dealer, and when Sam arrived he suggested that he try to get the wheel nut off for me, and he had it off in less than 5mins. He kindly changed my flat tire to my donut, and put the flat in my trunk. This cost me less than a tow, but he genuinely wanted to find the best solution for me, rather than just taking my money!! This kind of care is SO RARE, especially for females who don't have family around to help!!!!! THANK YOU SAM, Thank you AKIKI, you have restored my faith in car mechanics!!!!!! I'm sure that lots of people, not just females, think that if they take their car to the dealer that they wont get screwed...... NOT TRUE!!!!!! I know who I will be entrusting my car to in future, and it won't be NuCar Norwood, that's for certain!!!!!
