Mobile Car Detailing Boston ( Red Eagle Mobile Auto Detailing)

I scheduling an appointment was very easy and done over text. They did not show up for my initial appointment with them, so I called after the fact and said they had a previous appointment run long and would not be able to make it. That's okay and I understand that things happen, but I would have preferred they communicated with me once they knew they were going to be late. I rescheduled the appointment and, once again, about an hour after the appointment, they are still have not shown up. I text them and am told they are running late, so I wait a little bit, but they still did not show up several hours later.

Scheduled an interior detail (was quoted at $379). Was contacted the day of the appointment to ask if a two hour delay was fine. It was an inconvenience but I was willing to make an exception considering I had taken the afternoon off of work for the service to be done. The two hour window expired and no one had shown up. After almost an hour I went ahead and contacted the owner to cancel. The owner was apologetic but I cant say I felt any better from it. Not only did I miss out on work but now Ill have to go out of my way to find another place to detail the car. I understand hiccups happen but hopefully there are some lessons learned from the business side on how to manage time, appointments, and customer satisfaction

My child vomited a lot inside my brand new Acura MDX, causing me to panic and fear that I would never be able to restore it to its original condition. However, Red Eagle Auto Detailing arrived at my home the very next day and thoroughly cleaned the car. After the cleaning, there was no unpleasant odor and the interior was spotless, in fact, it looked even better than before the incident. My vehicle had water damage on the interior and subsequent odor issues. Red Eagle was very responsive and came out to my home within two days. They did an absolutely phenomenal job cleaning a disinfecting my car. I was shocked at the result - it looked like a brand new car! And it smelled great! I requested a quote and made an appointment through their website. Confirmed the appointment via text. They moved me to an earlier time in the day which I agreed to, that was the night before. No one showed up. No one texted. I checked in for an ETA and heard nothing. The entire day passed and still nothing. Finally, the next day, I got a text saying there had been problems with a driver who had had an accident and they had to reschedule everyone and were swamped. They offered me a free summer car wash and another slot that week. I said fine, life happens and it wasn't a big deal to wait. The next time slot comes around. I confirm the day before and get nothing back. No one shows up for my timeslot, no one texts with information. Total no call no show. It's not a big deal, I wanted to surprise my partner with a super clean car for Valentines, I know they've been stressed about it, I figured something else out. But it's just not the way to run a business. I waited for hours on two separate occasions with no information or apology until I chased it up. Save yourself some time, go somewhere else. Edit: they reached out, offering me a discount if I removed this review. I said sure, and we agreed on a time and place. They did not show up, and they did not contact me to cancel. Again. Further edit: they said they didnt come out at the first arranged time because of the snow and offered me another time slot. I said okay. After confirming the night before, they then cancelled day of. To be honest Im just glad they actually told me this time. Anyway, Im not sure if this is three raccoons in a trench coat running a business or what, but Ive moved two sets of plans this weekend for them for no point. Dont use these guys. Youre better off with literally anyone else.
