Was looking forward to receiving my boston rug but very disappointed on receipt. Rug was blue and white at one end and navy and white at the other! Returns are welcome as per returns policy but at my own expense. Returning item to USA or Switzerland is prohibitive from Australia.

Landry and Acari is a wonderful rug and carpet company with quality brands and products. I have been a repeat customer for many years and have another carpet being installed tomorrow for our office. There is a fantastic sales associate out of the Salem office named Gregg who is just the best. However, I did want to include that quality customer service has been challenging at both the Boston and Framingham locations which are closer to where I live. Response times have been awful with little to no follow through from various sales associates and even the Framingham manager. I often find myself chasing people down for answers by email and then by phone when they dont respond. I have been taken aback by this lack of customer care. If Jeff and/or Julie, the owners, are seeing this I hope they emphasize customer care throughout the whole entire process with their staff. There are other companies out there so the customer always has options. If we choose you, please treat us like we matter. Thank you.

I just purchased some carpet from the Boston store. I buy carpet/rugs from Landry & Arcari because not only do they sell good quality products for fair prices, but it is a pleasure to interact with their salespeople and installers. I don't spend a lot of money with them relative to most of their customers, but I am always treated with courtesy and respect. I made my most recent purchase from Ken in Boston and it was installed by Paul. I couldn't be happier.
