    ( This is a complaint regarding an Employee with the name of ( GLEN ). Today the 27th of Feb 2024 I have visited the AT&T Branch located at 443 Washington St, Boston 02111. I came to seek the assistance for my I phone that I purchased from At&t with a screen protector as well but i ordered a replacement and needed help to instal it. I was instantly treated in a rude way once i asked what is the process of installing this protector. GLEN instantly and rudely said if it was purchased in another at&t store you can go there without even waiting to for me to tell him if i bought it from this branch or not. I told him this is not the way you greet clients and assist them. Even if the client doesnt understand Glen should be clear and clarify . However, he did not. But he said YOU CAN GO OUT AND SEEK THE HELP OF ANOTHER AT&T store. That can all be seen through the cameras of the store if viewed, which is very rude and disrespectful from him. I am a customer of AT&T and I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS BRANCH UNTIL GLEN leaves and learns from his lesson. He is causing more and more harm/loss of clients from this branch than any other person. I am very concerned from the customer service i got treated with from GLEN, therefore. Im not going there again for any service. He even made me want to cancel all my subscriptions with At&t. I hope this message reaches because this is very unethical and unacceptable. Thank you.

    I went to the store to buy iPhone 15 pro max and they gave me iPhone 15 pro .In addition , the price of the iPhone 15 pro and the 15 pro max are the same price.And I told them right away that I asked for the 15 pro max not the 15 pro And the manager and one Spanish girl who is very very rude and awful said because they have to change it and give me the 15 pro max they have to charge me $60 for restocking fee .And I told them;From my understanding of restocking fee;is if the person buys the phone and send it home and return it within 14 days then they have the right to charge the restocking fee . But here is the case Im right in the shop. and I said is not my mistake so they should give me my $60 box and they called two white Police men for me .The two white Police men who came to the scene one of them was very reasonable and the other one was not ready to listen to me all because Im black lady I. will never recommend this place for even my west enemy . Their behaviour is very nasty ,Zero customer service plus their fraudulent behaviour. This happened on the 12 /15 /2023 . Around 11 am. They manipulated and and debit my debit card $60 for no reason. Which to me is a fraud and I should call the Police and have them prosecuted but I did not do that but they rather play a victim game and called the Police .All that I told them was My God will richly reward them according to what they did to me . And I was overwhelmed with tears.And I left.
