We had an end of the college semester crisis on our hands. Our daughter called in panic stating she had two years of architecture material and projects saved to her external hard drive but could no longer access. The worst of this situation is that she was about to put together her portfolio for coop the very next semester. Secure data recovery immediately emailed FedEx priority mailing labels but we were in the city (Boston) to which they also had a drop off location, so we dropped off the drive. Within the week, Eric Fisher, the account representative assigned was in contact. We discussed recovery details and lead time options. Once agreed, the professionals worked on recovering the data and were happy to say 100% was recovered. Beautiful organized, saved and return to us on a new drive. We couldnt have received better service and been happiest with the outcome. The best part of the customer service is that Eric was great about making a phone call to me every time - without me asking him to call, instead of hiding behind emails. Great way to do business. I recently worked with Secure Data Recover to recover data from an external hard drive that crashed.
