I have used Executive Cleaners for years and historically had a good experience for all things from button downs, trousers, dresses, and comforters. However, a recent experience has forced me to take my business elsewhere. I received a button down back with what seemed like a grease stain on the pocket. I brought it back still in the wrapping and the woman with shoulder length blonde hair was very nice and helpful and sent the shirt back. Upon second pickup, the stain was better, but still visible and she once again agreed to send it back as progress was being made. Upon third pickup, the older gentleman was working. When I saw the shirt, I saw that the stain was removed, but the shirt was now discolored like it had been bleached. I asked what typically happens in this situation and the gentleman became defensive and started asking - almost in a legal/litigation way - if I could prove that he (or his affiliates) personally put the stain there. The woman is very nice, but the gentleman's behavior is unacceptable in a service-oriented business. I am forced to move on from my shirt and this dry cleaner at this point. There are plenty others, more customer-oriented in the neighborhood, who I'd prefer to give my business to.
