        Tum was so helpful! We are down on Vacation and was just browsing. Tum was welcoming and knowledgeable, so pleasant to work with. Custom work was top notch. Loved it here

        The staff are extremely racist. They racially profile people and follow them around. They do not respect privacy as the stuff was in dangerous proximity to us. It made the experience extremely uncomfortable AND humiliating. Its sooo crazy to see Im not the only POC who faced discrimination in this store as I see other reviews. I have made a complaint to corporate but I wonder if they will do anything. I cant believe they are so openly racist in 2024

        Was in town for a game last night decided to check out Coach per my sons request. Walked in was greeted and walked around while my son looked at the mens things. Every where I went or my son we were watched with very heavy eyes. I was so uncomfortable to say the least. Both my son and I spend a-lot of money at Coach in the Maine stores and we will continue to spend our money there. Such a shame that your employees have to racially profile people.
