My first time visiting the "Consulate General of Japan in Boston" was last week and I picked my Visa up today. I can't not speak on all the workers as I only spoke to two of them but they were both pleasant to deal with. I explained this was my first time doing this and I was shown where and what my errors were and how to correct them and with their help, I filled it out correctly. Reading these other reviews, I wouldn't know if perhaps the lady they complain about doesn't work there anymore or maybe I just didn't speak with her but there were no issues. We shouldn't forget how entitled customers and the like can be. They also don't always show respect to workers. Prehaps the people who made poor reviews were people who were poorly prepared and got upset when the employees couldn't fix their proplem. Maybe they spoke to them rudely and the employees spoke rudely back. It's also fair to explain that English isn't their first language there maybe something they took as rude wasn't intended to be that way. This is all just speculation because I don't know their experiences but based off my own, it was a perfect visit and quick.
