    This company is one of the worst companies I ever handled with. We booked initially an apartment for ~1 month. We liked our united and the apartment complex, so we wanted to extend our stay - we booked with booking initially- , so we started chasing them down for almost the whole month to get an extension. We filled out our paper work and everything looked fine until the first problem occurred. Afterwards we had several times a verbal confirmation that our stay is now confirmed, just followed by some problems occurring. Now after all that time we need to leave the flat because something went wrong again after we paid already the full rent! Special thanks to our account manager Sean Xavier being absolutely unhelpful in any way! Hard to reach, never follows up or replies to emails.

    I dont know why this place has bad reviews. Only thing I can think is that people didnt read the emails prior to checking in explaining how to set up the parking situation. BEAUTIFUL location, room, building. Easy access to the train into the city. My boyfriend and I needed this getaway and couldnt be happier that we booked with Global Luxury Suites!!!

    This is not a hotel!!!! It is like an Airbnb. Someone or company bought the condos. People live here. The main building has the pool and bigger game room, lounge with attached craft room. The other where we stayed has a nice smaller lounge, game area and workout room.

    You are not getting any service if you choose this place. There are no one onsite and the phone number goes to a call center that sends you to voicemail. At least 2 hours wait for any questions or if you need any assistance. Both rooms had a horrible smell/fume that comes from the bedding. Strongly advise to avoid at all cost.

    WE WERE SCAMMED. We booked 3 rooms at $750/night for an October weekend. Once we arrived, (at 6pm) there was no one there to let us into the building or give us our keys. We were sent to a different building than the one we booked. There was no pool. We were able to walk outside, in the cold with 7 kids to go to the pool in the other building that we were supposed to be in, but that is not what we had booked. The showers in all 3 rooms were completely blocked, and there was no one in the building to help us. When we returned we called Global Luxury suites customer service to advise them of these issues. They were extremely rude and refused to give us any sort of compensation, as they said we should have called while we were there (which we did - multiple times). We highly discourage anyone from booking with Global Luxury suites.
