In middle February, we found ourselves in a dark forest of insurance. Having recently committed to a renovation, we were summarily fired by our home insurance company. (In their terse, registered letter, they called it, discontinuation of coverage but we all know it means fired.) I wont name names here, but the letter told us we had four weeks until termination. We did not know what to do or where to turn. After all, isnt home insurance almost guaranteed in America? Turns out, its noteven though were not the types of people who start truck tire bonfires, are into gunplay, or drive nitro-burnin funny cars. We were up a creek without flood insurance. We were also able to begin our renovation on time due to her urgency and diligent work. Nadeen is far more than a person simply selling you insurance (a service you must have). She is a professional consultant that wants nothing more than to ensure you and your loved ones are fully protected should an insurance need arise. The folks at NaVella Insurance provide exceptional and responsive service. They were very thorough and patient going through my multiple insurance polices to help consolidate and bridge any coverage gaps. Nadeen stepped in to help me obtain better insurance coverage for my costal rental properties and classic auto car polices in multiple states. Understanding what was covered and not covered, was a constant struggle. With Nadeen's guidance she walked me through each coverage and we talked through as many claim scenarios she could think of. Nadeen at Navella has an unbelievable (and frankly, unnatural) love for insurance, and knows all the tricks and hidden information that the emus and geckos don't tell you until it's too late. I've saved money while increasing coverage. Couldn't ask for a better agent.
