During Outer Cape high season; Nick's team left fifteen bags of trash in our garage without communication for two weeks. When the third weekly vacation renter complained about a horrible stench and flies in our garage entryway; we enquired with Nick about the incredible amount of trash in the garage. Nick became incredibly hostile; saying he does not take trash to the dump. Which is fair enough - but to have the cleaning crew put trash on top of trash without a report to owners is negligent; considering the high rate for cleaning during high season. Who just puts new trash on top of old trash?If you look at other reviews it seems like his entire staff is poorly trained on how to deal with refuse - and Nick simply states after the fact that it's outside of their scope of work.That information should be clear upon agreement and we think he intentionally hides it because his hostile response and lack of accountability was troublesome.We don't usually leave negative reviews but wanted to ensure others were aware that Nick's team is not trained to deal with refuse; a challenge for a cleaning company and something typically within scope of work for cleaners. It's ok to be special though :)It seems as though there is not sufficient oversight to workers out in Provincetown - perhaps they do better work in Boston; but we recommend all Outer Cape homeowners to steer clear; unless they're trying to start a maggot farm.

The service provided by the people who work for this company was superb and deserves five stars. They went above and beyond and I would hire them again, if not for the owner. My interactions with the owner of this company deserves one star. The cleaning crew was 90 minutes late, which is a problem, but is understandable. However, the bigger problem is that I wasn't notified until I called the owner repeatedly and all I received was a text claiming that traffic is the issue. The owner won't pick up his phone to notify a customer that the cleaning crew will be late, nor will he pick up the phone if you call, but has plenty to say via text (using the same number!). Also, don't schedule your cleaning crew for a place in Back Bay and expect them to make it to Wellington in 15 minutes, that is not fair to your workers.
