I've known and worked with John since 2008 and without question him and his team are the go to people to get your immigration matters in order. He initially helped me obtain my green card back in 08, and more recently my US citizenship, but what really stands out about John and the team is their attention to detail and making you feel at ease by explaining everything to you. John is someone who will respond to every email, will call you in advance of important dates on your immigration status and break everything down to you, and will show up to immigration appointments an hour early just to go through with you step by step how your interview will progress. His guidance and knowledge are professional, but it's his sense of humor and his ability to laugh that breaks the ice and makes you feel at ease and he has your back. John Foley, an immigration lawyer I was truly looking for months. As an eligible, legal permanent resident I needed a professional to educate me about the benefits of citizenship and provide guidance to overcome barriers to naturalization. As a skillful professional, John Foley performed high quality application assistance, provided legal advice and all materials needed to apply for US citizenship. Any process is easy if done by/with a competent person. If you are a Russian speaker, there is always Katya, the immigration specialist at Foley Law Offices, to help you to translate documents or interpret and manage the e-mail communication. During each step of the process (consultation, document collection, filing, interview preparation, oath ceremony, US passport application) John was clear in his explanations and guidance and was always with me. My case was successfully processed and I was happy to get the interview day. John’s presence at the actual interview made me more confident and even smarter. I passed the naturalization test successfully and then was so proud to take the oath of allegiance at a solemn ceremony. I got my US passport book and card only in 3 weeks after the passport application (usually it takes 3 months). We did a great job together, John. Dedicated, honest, reliable, respectful, responsive.
